I remember coming across this term in a CSI show. Two actress/model type people who pretended to be enemies in public (upped the interest), but in private were actually friends. I couldn't live this life of duplicity. But I wonder if people are friends on FB for a reason other than they like the person, like they want to keep tabs on them, or be able to pour ugliness on them or keeping up appearances for one reason or another? Maybe this helps you, maybe it doesn't
Yeah, maybe it's a case of keeping your friends close and enemies closer. The thing is it's two men I know who don't like each other - I didn't think men would be that petty, that's more something women would do.
